Guillermina Ester is a partner in Pérez-Llorca’s Litigation and Arbitration practice. She joined Pérez-Llorca in 2005 after working at a leading international firm for five years and was made a partner in the Litigation and Arbitration practice in 2010. In 2006–2007, she completed a secondment at Slaughter and May (London).
Her practice focuses on civil, commercial and corporate litigation and arbitration. Guillermina advises and represents the interests of national and international clients in complex matters, both before proceedings begin and during litigation or arbitration (before courts at all levels and in arbitration). She advises on a wide range of matters, including disputes arising from breaches of contract (joint ventures, sale and purchase, distribution, construction, EPC and price adjustments), corporate disputes (i.e. directors’ liability), unfair competition and banking litigation, among others.

- Guillermina teaches litigation and arbitration on the Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
