Ildefonso Arenas

Ildefonso Arenas Almansa joined Pérez-Llorca as a partner in 2018. Before joining the firm, Ildefonso worked for five years as legal director in the Banking and Finance department of the Madrid office of a leading international firm. He also worked for several years as a senior associate in the Banking and Finance practices of the Madrid offices of two leading international firms.

Ildefonso is a partner in the Banking and Finance team.
Ildefonso advises financial institutions, debt funds, private equity firms and large corporate groups on all types of financing transactions, including acquisition finance, corporate finance, project finance, real estate finance, privately placed bond issuances, restructurings and distressed debt transactions.
