Javier Gutiérrez has a Doctor of Law from the University of Bologna (1996). Graduate in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, Extraordinary Prize (1993).

Experience

He has been Education Counselor of the Spanish Embassy in Argentina (2010-2012) and External Counselor of CMS Albiñana y Suárez de Lezo (2010). He has participated in numerous research projects and Masters. He has written doctrinal articles and monographs on commercial topics (corporate law, bankruptcy, unfair competition, responsibility of auditors, etc.).

Academic Activities

• Javier Gutiérrez is a Full Professor of Commercial Law at the Rey Juan Carlos University.
