Javier Muñoz joined Pérez-Llorca in 2007 and focuses on corporate real estate transactions. He was appointed partner in January 2019.
Javier has more than 10 years of professional experience in real estate transactions, advising domestic and international clients on all types of transactions related to the real estate market, including real estate development, property acquisitions and disposals, structuring real estate investments and divestments, project finance, forward funding, sale and leaseback, leasing, joint ventures, and real estate mergers and acquisitions.
His main clients include domestic and international investors, investment funds, banks, insurance companies, domestic and international developers, end users, and industrial and services companies.
