Jesús Carrasco

Extensive experience in arbitration and complex commercial litigation, both before the courts and at the pre-litigation stage, in matters involving real estate and construction; distribution and transport; intellectual and industrial property; media, entertainment and sport; international sales and insolvency proceedings, among others.

Before joining BROSETA, he built a long career as a litigation lawyer, holding senior positions at international firms including Squire Patton Boggs, Hammonds and Nauta Dutilh. From 1997 to 2000, before entering legal practice, he also served as a temporary first-instance and investigating judge.

Recognised since 2010 by leading directories such as Chambers & Partners as one of the top lawyers in his field, both in Europe and worldwide.

• Law degree from the University of Valladolid (Burgos Faculty of Law).
