He has more than 20 years’ experience in multinational corporate environments, advising on cross-border transactions, project finance and regulatory compliance, among other matters.
Before joining BROSETA, he built his career at Rousaud Costas Duran as a senior associate (2014-2016), as well as at Occimetex Capital Partners (2012-2014) and Occidental Hotels & Resorts (2008-2012), where he served as general counsel, and at other firms, including J&A Garrigues (1993- 1998) and CMA (1992-1993).
EDUCATION
- Law degree from the University of Navarra (1992), specialising in corporate law. Member of the Madrid Bar Association.
