José Ramón de Hoces

José Ramón de Hoces joined Pérez-Llorca as a partner in March 2007. He has extensive experience in public administration. He is a State Attorney and, in that capacity, has advised and represented the State, its agencies and its officials before the courts.
José Ramón specialises in complex, high-value litigation involving a wide range of legal issues, in both civil and administrative proceedings. As a State Attorney, he advised and represented the interests of the Spanish State before the courts.
He also specialises in transactions, public law and regulated sectors, advising on transactions involving public and private entities subject to administrative law (public-sector entities, public and private foundations, and regulated companies), as well as transactions between private companies involving assets subject to special administrative regulation (regulated assets, concessions and other rights, properties and special titles).
