He began his career at Loeff Claeys Verbeke, before joining Banco Santander, where he spent seven years heading the legal department for Europe and SCH’s Spanish subsidiaries. He was a co-founding partner of SJ Berwin in Spain. In October 2005, he merged his firm with Rodés & Sala, becoming a partner and head of the firm’s Corporate Finance practice.
He has been a partner at BROSETA since 2009, responsible for Private Equity, Investment Funds and M&A.
