Karen Xiomara Cruz Garces

Xiomara Cruz is a Cum Laude graduate in Law from Universidad de los Andes, with complementary training in Political Science. She is part of the Intellectual Property Practice Group, with a focus on copyright and trademark protection.She has experience in defending trademark rights, analyzing risks associated with third-party use of trademarks, and providing support in the registration processes of distinctive signs and patents before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
