Laura Pérez

Laura Pérez joined Pérez-Llorca in 2010 and was appointed partner in January 2019. Since 2008, she has worked as a lawyer at a national firm focused primarily on employment law.

Experience

Laura specialises in employment and social security law. She has experience across all areas of employment law, including representing clients before the Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Service, the Labour Inspectorate and the labour courts in matters such as dismissals, claims for payment, claims concerning employment rights, disciplinary sanctions and substantial changes to working conditions.

Academic Activities

• She has taught classes on the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at Carlos III University and the Autonomous University of Madrid, and has given lectures and seminars for students.
