Lilian is a founding partner of BLP’s Honduras office. Her practice areas include Banking & Finance, Corporate Law, International Law, Tax and Free Trade Zones.
Over her 24 years of experience, she has advised on international trade matters, including customs regimes, Central American customs regulations, customs valuation adjustments and challenges. In tax, she has extensive experience in tax litigation, challenges to assessments, tax planning, special regimes, exemptions and tax credits.
She served for four years as head of the Legal Advisory and Legal Proceedings Department at the Executive Directorate of Revenue (DEI) and advised on the Legal Manual for Auditors under a project funded by the DEI, now known as the Revenue Administration Service (SAR).
In 2015, she was one of the six founding partners of BLP’s Honduras office.
