Luis is a lawyer in the Madrid office. He joined Pérez-Llorca in September 2003 as head of the Employment Law practice, after several years practising as a lawyer at a prestigious international firm. He was made partner in 2007.
Experience
A specialist in employment and social security law, he advises on all aspects of employment relations. He has expertise in collective bargaining with employee representatives, including collective bargaining agreements, collective redundancies and substantial changes to working conditions. He also represents clients in individual and collective proceedings before the labour courts at all levels. In addition, he advises on the drafting and termination of senior executive contracts.
