Practising lawyer since 1988. With more than 30 years’ experience in business law, he has a notable track record in corporate, commercial, civil, succession, telecommunications and energy law, as well as litigation.

He served as legal adviser at the office of Portugal’s Secretary of State for Energy (1992/1995), providing direct advice on the process of introducing natural gas in Portugal.

Member (as chair and secretary) of the general meetings of several companies.
Regular contributor to the Portuguese Bar Association and the Lisbon District Council.

• Law degree from the University of Lisbon.
