Luis Zurera

Luis Zurera joined Pérez-Llorca in 1988 and became a partner in 1997. He has extensive experience in real estate law.

Luis Zurera has extensive experience advising on real estate matters. His practice has been one of the firm’s main pillars since its founding and is one of the country’s most established legal teams.

His areas of expertise include: (i) the development of business and retail parks, as well as offices, hotels, shopping and leisure centres, and residential buildings and complexes; (ii) the purchase and sale of real estate and land; (iii) real estate investment and divestment transactions; (iv) sale-and-leaseback transactions; (v) the leasing of premises in shopping centres and office buildings; (vi) the organisation of auctions and tenders for the sale of real estate, and advice on participating in them; and (vii) planning and environmental advice on all types of real estate transactions.

His main clients include developers, real estate investment funds, institutional investors, end users, and industrial and services companies.

• He regularly takes part in seminars and conferences related to his practice area. He frequently contributes articles to newspapers and specialist journals.
