Marcel Enrich

Marcel Enrich joined Pérez-Llorca in 2020. Prior to joining, he provided services in the Barcelona office of an international law firm, as a Partner.

Experience

With more than 20 years of experience in the sector, Marcel has worked in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and financing operations for companies and other entities, both national and international.

• 1996 LL.M. on International Business and Trade Law, Fordham University (New York), cum laude 1994 Law Degree, University of Barcelona

Academic Activities

• Marcel is a Professor of the Master in Business Law (MADE) at the Pompeu Fabra University. In addition, he is also a Professor at the International University of Catalonia (UIC).
