Marilaura Gutierrez

Marilaura is an Associate at BLP in the San José office. She specializes in the practice area of Real Estate & Hospitality.

She provides advice on property purchase and sale transactions, preparation of lease contracts, and real estate financing and project development.

She joined the BLP team in 2018 as a Legal Assistant and was appointed an Associate in 2023.
