Extensive experience in employment and social security law. Specialises in collective bargaining (collective agreements, working-time regulations, equality assessments and plans, collective redundancy procedures (EREs), temporary layoff procedures (ERTEs), changes to working conditions, transfers, etc.), corporate transactions and restructurings, advice on executive directors and senior management, transactions, litigation representation and defence, ongoing advice on day-to-day employment matters for companies, complex legal opinions, etc.
In the area of gender equality in employment, she has proven experience preparing equality assessments and plans, and has taken part directly in negotiations with employee representatives. She also has proven experience preparing and, where applicable, negotiating pay registers.
Before joining BROSETA, she spent almost 30 years at PwC, where she was responsible for establishing and leading the Employment Law department. She also led the organisation’s international employment law network, a group of 600 employment law experts across ninety countries.
She is also a Gender Equality Training Technician certified by the European Institute of Business Studies and has completed the Women’s Institute programme on equal opportunities for women and men and their practical application in business and human resources.
She is a regular speaker at employment law forums and teaches on postgraduate master’s programmes. She has published numerous works.
