Profile
Specialises in information technology law and is an expert in personal data protection and privacy, as well as pharmaceutical law and biotechnology.
Before joining BROSETA, he worked at firms including Rousaud Costas Durán, where he headed the information technology and data protection practice; Garrigues; and Ribalta y Asociados.
He regularly writes specialist articles and contributes to the business press. He has teaching experience at institutions including CEU and the Autonomous University of Madrid, and regularly takes part in specialist events.
EDUCATION
- Master’s in Business Legal Advice from Instituto de Empresa (Madrid, 1994-1995).
- Law degree from Centro de Enseñanza Superior Luis Vives (CEU), specialising in business management (1989-1994).

- Member of the Data Protection Committee of the Spanish Confederation of Business Organisations (CEOE)
- Secretary of the board of the Spanish Association of Privacy Professionals (APEP)
