Patricia Gualde

Practising lawyer since 1998, with extensive experience in civil, commercial and insolvency litigation. Specialist in unfair competition proceedings, directors’ liability, and distribution and agency agreements. Appointed insolvency administrator in numerous insolvency proceedings. Member of the Board of the Procedural Law Section of the Valencia Bar Association.

Lecturer on the Master’s in Corporate Legal Advice, taught annually by the Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles y Financieros (FEBF).
