Randall González is a partner at BLP’s San José office. He leads BLP’s Labor & Employment practice, an area in which he has specialized for more than 26 years.
He has extensive experience advising national and international companies on planning and organizational structuring, the development and implementation of labor policies, compensation and benefits plans for executive staff, and labor regulatory matters.
He is an active labor litigator and advises on matters such as best practices for handling sexual harassment complaints, flexible work policies, and the labor implications of relocating commercial operations.
Randall’s clients describe him as an excellent lawyer with a strong command of labor legislation and a keen focus on client service. He has received high recognition from the leading international directories Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, and Who’ s Who Legal.
He is the Federation of Human Management Associations (FIDAGH)’s Director of Labor Relations for Latin America and President of the Costa Rican Association of Human Resources Managers (ACGRH).
