Vicente Roldán

More than 15 years’ experience advising organisations on procedural law, insolvency and arbitration, in sectors including real estate, hospitality and the digital economy.

He has built his career at law firms including GAP and Sigma Abogados, which he co-founded, and ÉCIJA, where he held partner-level responsibilities in the insolvency and restructuring, real estate, dispute resolution and litigation practices.

An arbitrator on the Corporate Arbitration Committee and a member of the expert committees of the European Arbitration Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Vicente is also a professor at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. He holds a compliance qualification from the university and an insolvency law qualification from the Instituto de Estudios de la Empresa and Universidad Católica de Valencia San Vicente Mártir.



EDUCATION

• Law degree from Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha
• PhD candidate in law and economics at Universidad San Pablo CEU.
