Specialised in data protection and ICT law. She has experience in providing legal advice on data protection, new technologies and technological contracting in various companies, including Open Bank.
She has also collaborated directly with the Litigation and Arbitration Department in different types of proceedings.
Education
- Celia has a Degree in Law from the University of Valladolid and a Double Master’s Degree in Law and Corporate Legal Advice from IE Law School in Madrid.
