Profile
German has solid experience in civil and commercial judicial proceedings, as well as in arbitral processing.
He is a registered lawyer who from 2002 practiced their professional activity for several years, before moving to Oxford and London to study English law and work in England for five years. He is a specialist on matters such as Banking Law (complex final products), Company Law (contestation of company agreements and administrator responsibilities) and Insurance Law, in addition to having extensive experience in conflicts arising from commercial contracting between companies.
Academic Activities
- He is a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business (UB), where he teaches Civil Law, and also a lecturer at the Barcelona Barristers’ Bar School, on the civil procedural law course, and has taught at ESADE and Oxford Brookes University (guest).
