Gustavo Biaggi

Gustavo Biaggi Pumarol is a founding partner of the firm. A versatile and highly regarded attorney and notary public, he has a distinguished practice across multiple areas, including corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, tax, civil law, real estate, estates and gifts, tourism and investment. Under his leadership, the firm has maintained a leading position in the Dominican legal market.

He is known for his corporate vision and practical approach, developing straightforward, viable solutions to complex matters. He applies this approach effectively to both corporate matters and litigation.

He regularly acts as counsel in high-profile cases. He has represented investor groups, depositors in major intervened banks, individuals in significant transactions and the Dominican State.

He has served as an arbitrator at the Centro de Resolución de Controversias de la Cámara de Comercio y Producción de Santo Domingo (CRC), the dispute resolution center of the Santo Domingo Chamber of Commerce and Production, since its inception, and has extensive experience in these proceedings.

For decades, he has taught commercial and corporate law at various universities in the country.
