Patrialores Bruno Jiménez specializes in real estate matters, advising on and handling land surveying processes, including land regularization, administrative and judicial boundary demarcation, condominium formation, subdivision development, subdivisions, consolidations, inspections, land audits, administrative real estate proceedings, replacement of lost title certificates, correction of land records, transfers, certificates of legal status of real estate, registration and discharge of encumbrances (mortgages, liens, litigation notices), land audits (annotated certificates, cadastral districts, plots), and identification of encumbrances, among other matters. She also handles litigation, including disputes over registered rights (actions to annul boundary demarcations and title certificates, and disputes over the validity of sale agreements), real estate foreclosures, eviction of unlawful occupants, inheritance declarations, and payment of real estate transfer taxes.
She also handles enforcement proceedings under pledge agreements and other security arrangements.
