Nelys Rivas has been with the firm since 2013, handling litigation involving personal and family matters, as well as civil and criminal matters.
Nelys Rivas works on family law matters, particularly divorce, division of assets, child support, custody and visitation, adoption and paternity recognition, among others. She also handles commercial and civil litigation.
In criminal matters, she represents corporate clients in litigation involving economic crimes. She also represents clients who have been victims of violations of the Check Law and domestic violence, among other matters.
