Rosa Mena has been with the firm since 2004.

Specialising in corporate law, she actively participates in local and international diploma programmes, seminars and workshops on corporate, monetary and financial matters, and intellectual property.

Rosa Mena represents local and international clients on all legal aspects of their projects, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, tax matters and a range of commercial transactions.

She has experience managing public concessions, licences and special registrations, financial markets and the electricity sector, public tenders, drafting and reviewing licence, franchise and distribution agreements, and negotiating power purchase agreements with alternative energy companies (green projects).

She is an expert in obtaining permits to launch and operate entertainment and gambling businesses, as well as in sector regulation.

She has expanded her practice to include intellectual property, covering the registration and renewal of patents, trademarks and industrial designs, and related matters.
