Lilly Acevedo

Partner at Headrick since 2019. Admitted to practice in 2012. She is currently head of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Regulatory Affairs Department. Her practice focuses on advising pharmaceutical and cosmetics companies, as well as companies in other consumer goods sectors, including food and beverages, on regulatory matters. She also advises on commercial aspects of the distribution, labelling, marketing, promotion and advertising of regulated products; licensing requirements for regulated industries; intellectual property, particularly trademarks; and projects aimed at protecting intellectual property rights.

She was recognised as an “Associate to Watch” in intellectual property by Chambers Global 2019 and Chambers Latin America 2020. Recommended by Latin Lawyer 250 2019.
