Senior Founding Partner at Headrick since 1985. His practice focuses on banking, institutional finance, mergers and acquisitions, insurance, corporate law and foreign investment. Before joining Headrick, Roberto was in-house counsel at Citibank’s Dominican Republic branch.

Recognised as a Band 1 lawyer for Corporate/Commercial law by Chambers Global 2019 and Chambers Latin America 2020. Recommended by Latin Lawyer 250 2019. He taught Security Interests and Contracts at Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU) from 1980 to 1986.
