Maria Bassols Bassols

Maria has extensive knowledge and experience in advising companies on the management, acquisition and transfer of real estate assets or portfolios, whether by family offices, asset management companies, investment funds, lenders or other operators. In addition, she has expertise in drafting all types of legal documents, deeds and contracts, particularly those related to real estate transactions and property, both in the private and public sector.

She advises on urban leases and homeowners’ associations. She has also participated in many due diligence processes, generally multi-departmental and some with an international component.

Education

• Maria took the public examinations to join the Judiciary and the Public Prosecutor’s Office, so she has an in-depth knowledge of civil, constitutional, criminal and procedural law.
