Marta Sagalá García

Specialist in business restructuring and bankruptcy law. She has participated directly in business restructuring and refinancing operations, as well as in bankruptcy proceedings, advising both the company in bankruptcy and the creditors affected by it.

She highlights the defense of the administrators of companies in bankruptcy during the processing of the 6th section of qualification in which the possible responsibility of these in the generation or aggravation of the insolvency of the company and the fulfillment of its social obligations is analyzed.

Likewise, due to her experience in litigation, especially civil, she provides advice on obligations and contractual law, as well as civil liability.
