Wanda Perdomo Ramírez has been with the firm since 2008. Her practice focuses on litigation, civil and commercial law, and economic regulation.
Over the past decade, she has been extensively involved in arbitration. She is an arbitrator with the Dispute Resolution Centers of the Santo Domingo Chamber of Commerce and Production and the Santiago de los Caballeros Chamber of Commerce and Production, in the Dominican Republic. She has served as co-arbitrator, presiding arbitrator and sole arbitrator in numerous disputes. She also acts as counsel for parties in local and international institutional and ad hoc arbitrations. She is one of the ten (10) sports arbitrators at the Santo Domingo CRC.
For more than twelve years, she worked in the telecommunications sector as in-house counsel for one of the country’s leading telecommunications companies and served on the board of directors of the Fundación Institucionalidad y Justicia (FINJUS), a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to strengthening institutions and the rule of law in the country. She continues to work with the organization as an associate member.
She is a frequent speaker at academic forums on arbitration and private international law, among other topics.
