Andrés Mercado

Andrés works with the public law team, advising clients on public procurement processes, public works concession projects, administrative proceedings and their dealings with the State more generally.

Andrés is also part of the litigation team, handling administrative and judicial proceedings against the government, including actions brought before the Constitutional Chamber. He is also a member of the real estate practice group, advising clients on decisions to buy or sell property, including due diligence for the purchase of land, projects or buildings, as well as procedures for obtaining concessions in the maritime-terrestrial zone.
