Pedro Oller

Pedro is senior partner and head of the Corporate Law practice at Oller Abogados. He has advised numerous companies across different sectors and countries on commercial matters, including serving as Regional Counsel for IBM Corporation’s subsidiary, GBM Corporation, overseeing its legal affairs in Central America and the Dominican Republic. Pedro also devotes a significant part of his practice to arbitration, having served as an arbitrator and represented parties in, and provided support for, domestic and international arbitrations.

He has extensive experience in corporate transactions, having worked on numerous mergers, acquisitions, reorganisations, shareholding restructurings, private equity sales and compliance matters relating to the issuance of debt and different classes of shares.
