Profile
César is a partner at Consortium Legal - El Salvador. With more than 30 years of experience in the financial, industrial and construction sectors, as well as advising individuals, he has extensive experience in civil, commercial, employment and economic criminal law, in both national and international courts and arbitral tribunals.
He has represented local and international companies in numerous civil, employment and commercial cases. He has also been involved in some of the largest cases in El Salvador. In addition, he has advised on national legislation in proceedings before courts and arbitral tribunals in the United States and several European countries.
At the firm, he led the Litigation Department for more than 10 years, representing clients before various institutions, either directly or as part of the department’s team. He has advised the boards of various companies and foundations and has also helped establish and support non-profit foundations and associations as part of the firm’s pro bono programmes.
