David Arturo Campos

David Arturo Campos is a partner at Consortium Legal - Costa Rica. He specializes in financial market regulation and is a leading lawyer in banking, securities and commercial law. His practice includes advising on the legal aspects of acquisitions of financial institutions in Costa Rica and other Central American countries.

Throughout his career, Mr. Campos has served as Credit Director of the Central American Institute of Business Administration (INCAE); as Chair of the Board of Directors of Scotiavalores; as a member of the Board of Directors of Fincomer Bank and Scotiabank de Costa Rica SA; as controller of LAFISE bank; as a member of the Board of Grupo CEFA Fishel and the Investment Committee of Grupo Cuestamoras; and as a faculty member of the Central American Institute of Business Administration, INCAE.
