Alessandra Di Carlo

Alessandra Di Carlo joined the firm in 2007 and became a partner in 2019. She has 13 years of legal experience, advising on contracts, corporate law, banking law and capital markets. Alessandra advises clients on international acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures and project finance transactions, the entry of major multinational companies into the Dominican market, and high-value international financing transactions. She also represents clients in public securities offerings and advises on other financial market transactions. She has extensive experience advising a range of capital market participants, both locally and internationally.

Alessandra advised Companhia de Bebidas das Americas (AmBev) on its acquisition of a majority stake in Cervecería Nacional Dominicana (CND), the largest acquisition in the history of the Dominican Republic, for more than US$2 billion. She also advised the concessionaires on drafting and structuring the financing for the construction, operation and maintenance of a tourist highway, valued at US$400 million, and advised a US private investment fund on acquisitions of assets in the local hotel industry worth more than US$150 million.
