José Rafael is a partner at Consortium Legal - Honduras. He has 25 years of experience in the banking and financial services sector and specializes in economic analysis of law, with a focus on corporate finance. His practice areas also include commercial law, insurance law, agency and distribution, franchise law, trademarks, patents, copyright, competition law, civil and commercial litigation, commercial arbitration and administrative law. He is a commercial arbitrator appointed by the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of the Tegucigalpa Chamber of Commerce and Industries, where he has chaired arbitral tribunals.
