Juan Manuel Godoy

With 20 years of experience in the energy and corporate law sectors, he has built his career in corporate and commercial matters, foreign trade, foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. He has advised both large, established multinational companies and small start-ups on their business activities. He has also devoted much of his time to the energy sector, advising major green project developers. In mergers and acquisitions, he has led interdisciplinary teams on significant cross-border transactions in recent years.
