Manuel specialises in commercial and corporate law, with a particular focus on representing domestic and foreign companies in all their negotiations in Costa Rica. Throughout his career, he has advised and represented numerous foreign companies in Costa Rica as their attorney-in-fact, as well as multinational companies operating in free trade zones.
He has coordinated legal advice for companies across Latin America in commercial and corporate matters and, consequently, in employment matters and litigation.
