Maria Alejandra Tulipano

Maria Alejandra is a partner at Consortium Legal - El Salvador. She has more than 20 years of experience in the legal sector, focusing on private and public international law. She has extensive experience in corporate law, foreign investment, international trade and regulated sectors, including energy and new technologies. She regularly advises private and public companies on corporate matters, public tenders and contracts with the State. She frequently represents clients in a range of corporate and commercial transactions, both domestic and cross-border.

She served in the diplomatic service as legal adviser and chargé d’affaires for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Panama, first to the Government of the United States of America in Washington, DC, and later to the Government of El Salvador in San Salvador, El Salvador. She has also actively advised various NGOs on legal matters.

She is admitted to practise law in the Republic of Panama, as authorised by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Republic of Panama.
