Mario Quesada Bianchini

Mario Quesada Bianchini is a partner at Consortium Legal - Costa Rica. He has extensive experience in commercial, banking and finance matters, particularly in the acquisition of banks and other financial institutions, and has led their integration and merger processes.

Throughout his career, he has worked on the structuring and documentation of cross-border financing transactions in Central America and represented banks and other multilateral financial institutions in local and multi-jurisdictional transactions. He has advised financial institutions on their dealings with regulators and on the structuring of local and multi-jurisdictional corporate loans with various security arrangements. He has also worked on asset securitisations and bond and share issuances. He is also a member of the board of directors of Citibank Costa Rica, S.A.
