Ninoshka Urrutia

Ninoshka is a partner at Consortium Legal - Guatemala. With more than 18 years of experience in the sectors of; her practice focuses on intellectual property. She is a member of the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property –ASIPI- (2013–2018). Member of INTA’s Harmonization of Trademark Law and Practice Committee (2018-2019). Member of ASIPI’s Geographical Indications Subcommittee (2013 - 2018). Panelist on “Latin America and the Madrid Protocol: An Ending Story?”, INTA Berlin, Germany, (2008).

Her recent publications include: Manual for the Application of Border Measures under the Association Agreement between Central America and the EU (2017) and the Guatemala chapter in the publication ¨Manual for the Handling of applications for Patents, Designs and Trademarks Throughout the World¨ Kluwer Law International (update in progress 2018).
