Oscar is a partner at Consortium Legal - El Salvador. He has extensive experience in banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution and cross-border transactions. He recently acted as lead counsel on the financing granted by Credit Suisse to Imperia Intercontinental INC to acquire Citibank’s shares in El Salvador.

He has extensive international experience, having worked as an international associate at King & Spalding LLP in Washington, DC. He also led the acquisition of AIG’s operations in El Salvador by Panamanian insurance company ASSA and the sale of Finca Microfinanzas El Salvador to Optima Servicios Financieros.
