Patricia Solórzano

Patricia is a partner at Consortium Legal - Honduras. She has 10 years of legal experience and specializes in corporate law and oil and gas law. She also has extensive experience in tax and administrative law, and banking and finance law. At the firm, she has served as in-house counsel to Citi Group in Honduras, participated in Lafarge Cementos’ acquisition by Cementos Argos and Clariant Honduras’ acquisition by Archroma. She has also advised BG Group on oil exploration in the maritime zone of the Republic of Honduras.
During her career, she has worked as a tax and legal consultant at PwC in Honduras and as legal adviser to the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea.
