Randall Barquero León

Randall Barquero León is a partner in the Banking and Finance Department at Consortium Legal - Costa Rica. His experience includes advising local and international banks, as well as multilateral institutions, on domestic and cross-border credit and project finance transactions. He has also participated in several M&A deals in Costa Rica’s and Central America’s financial industries. He regularly advises local and international financial institutions on regulatory, contractual, corporate and compliance matters, and on credit structuring.
During his career, he has served as a member of the board of directors of the Costa Rican Chamber of Commerce and as statutory auditor of Citibank Costa Rica’s board of directors. He joined Consortium in 2006, after working for more than seven years as in-house legal counsel to Grupo Financiero BCT in Costa Rica.
